March 13, 2026
On 10 March 2026, the first edition of the Job Fair for People with Disabilities took place at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Szczecin, located on Krakowska Street in Szczecin. The event was organised by the Aktywizacja Foundation, Szczecin branch. Its aim was to create a space for direct meetings between employers and people with disabilities seeking employment, while also promoting professional activation and equal access to the labour market. The fair brought together representatives of companies, public institutions, and organisations supporting people with disabilities.
Geobike MFC Sp. z o.o. participated in the event as an employer open to cooperation with people with disabilities. During the fair, representatives of our company had the opportunity to speak directly with participants interested in employment and to present the activities of our enterprise, which specialises in the production of electric bicycles. These meetings created an opportunity to exchange experiences and to present potential employment opportunities available at our manufacturing facility.
As a company operating in the West Pomeranian region, we strive to actively support social initiatives related to professional inclusion and equal opportunities in the labour market. Our company also employs people with disabilities, and we continuously work to create a workplace environment that supports their professional development and long term growth. Participation in the job fair was an important opportunity for us to demonstrate that a modern manufacturing company can be open, socially responsible, and attentive to the needs of diverse groups of employees.
We believe that initiatives such as the Job Fair for People with Disabilities contribute to building a more accessible and inclusive labour market, while also enabling employers and candidates to establish direct connections that often become the beginning of meaningful and valuable cooperation.
