Debate on the safety of two-wheelers
This Tuesday, January 28th, we had the honor of being invited to participate in an evaluation debate on the safety of two-wheelers and the role each road user plays in ensuring traffic safety. The event was organized by officers from the Road Traffic Department of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Szczecin.
The presentation on the categorization and distinctions between electric bicycles was delivered by Mikołaj Jałowiecki, the manager of the factory service center and store. Meanwhile, during the discussion panel, participants’ questions were addressed by Grzegorz Bargielski, the president of Geobike MFC.
The discussion covered various types of electric bicycles, the differences between S-pedelecs and other e-bikes, non-compliant bicycles and the legal consequences of using them in public spaces, as well as the significance of cargo bikes for local businesses operating within urban Clean Transport Zones.
